About Jose: Jose is a beautiful, wide-eyed little baby boy. Jose has Downs Syndrome, and the weakness and floppiness of his muscles due to his malnutrition made sucking from a bottle difficult in his first months of life. With a special bottle, he is now able to finish his meals, and the baby fat that is slowly accumulating on his tummy and thighs is a testament to his new success with feeding. He is becoming more and more interested in his surroundings, and loves to be out in the main playroom watching the older children play. We are excited for the opportunity to help this little baby boy grow to his potential in the coming months!
